| My name is Gordon
Peter Amor I live with my wife in Kidlington Oxfordshire. We are about four miles from Oxford City centre,
twelve miles from Banbury and Woodstock / Blenheim Palace are about five miles away. We have lived in
Oxfordshire for forty one years. Before I lived in All Cannings a small village near the town of Devizes in
the County of Wiltshire UK, I was born and bred there and moved during 1968 at the age of thirtysix to
Oxfordshire.This website will also include photos taken by my nephew George Miness, some in his garden in All
Cannings others in and around the Pewsey Vale locality. | My wifes name is Shelagh, we have been married for fifty years, we have two sons Gerald and Robert and four grand children Lauren, Sophie, Katie and Thomas. We have for a while been researching the family history on my fathers line, we have had some considerable success and would like to share this information with others who are researching the Amor surname and who may in turn be able to help us. Starting with the photograph above was taken on a visit to Switzerland during July 2009. | |
